Abstract: As an important base for cultivating accounting professional talents, colleges and universities should be committed to building a complete talent training mechanism to cultivate college talents with practical and innovative capabilities. This paper combines the integration model of industry, academia and research to explore the current situation in the cultivation of accounting professional talents in colleges and universities, and combines the characteristics of accounting majors, industry development trends, and actual needs of enterprises. It proposes suggestions for the cultivation of accounting professional talents under the integration model of industry, academia and research from six aspects, so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the training goals of accounting professional talents and improving the quality of accounting professional talents.
