摘要: 高职药学教育改革发展与“健康中国”战略息息相关,其焦点不仅在于专业的发展,更在于人才培养模式的构建。该文就如何有效提高药学人才培养质量,为打造卓越药学培养机制提供新的思路,探索药学专业“TBTL(基于目标的教与学)”教学模式,确定目标,从教师的“教”与学生的“学”两个方向共同发力,旨在解决药学专业人才培养过程中存在的学生学习目标不明确、学习积极性不高等问题,构建药学专业新教学模式。

Abstract: The reform and development of vocational pharmacy education are closely related to the “Healthy China” strategy, and its focus is not only on the development of the profession, but also on the construction of talent training models. This article provides new ideas on how to effectively improve the quality of pharmaceutical talent training and create an excellent pharmaceutical training mechanism. Exploring the “TBTL (Goal Based Teaching and Learning)” teaching model for pharmacy majors, determining goals, and working together from both the teacher's “teaching” and the student's “learning” directions, aiming to solve the problems of unclear learning goals and low learning enthusiasm among students in the process of cultivating pharmacy professionals, and to construct a new teaching model for pharmacy majors.
