职业教育中高本人才培养衔接路径研究——以海南科技职业大学为例

摘要: 实施中高本(中职、高职、本科)衔接是完善现代职业教育体系的科学路径,有助于区域经济与社会发展。然而,从实际情况来看,由于人才培养目标、课程、保障机制等方面的问题,职业教育中高本的衔接并不畅通,影响了人才培养质量。海南科技职业大学在遵循技术技能人才发展规律的基础上,坚持教学资源、师资队伍、管理机制、实训条件、技能证书之间的协同,与职业院校合作构建了相对成熟的中高本衔接人才培养模式,形成了中高本衔接人才培养的新模式、新范式和新机制。该文以海南科技职业大学为实例,深入探究其中高本人才培养衔接情况,总结出具体的人才培养路径,以期为中高本一体化发展提供有益借鉴。

Abstract: The implementation of the linkage between middle and high school (vocational, higher vocational, undergraduate) is a scientific path to improve the modern vocational education system, which is conducive to regional economic and social development. However, from the actual situation, due to the problems of talent training objectives, courses, guarantee mechanism and other aspects, the connection of high education in vocational education is not smooth, which affects the quality of talent training. On the basis of following the development law of technical and skilled talents, Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology adheres to the mutual coordination of teaching resources, faculty team, management mechanism, practical training conditions, and skill certificates, thus cooperating with vocational colleges to construct a relatively mature mode of talent cultivation between middle and high universities, forming a new mode, paradigm, and mechanism for talent cultivation between middle and high universities. This paper takes Hainan Vocational University of Science and Technology as an example, deeply explores the connection situation of middle and high talent talent training, and summarizes the specific talent training path, in order to provide useful reference for the integrated development of middle and high talent.
