摘要: 随着高职教育改革的不断深化,“课证融通”模式已逐渐成为提升教育质量和培养高技能人才的重要途径。该文探讨“课证融通”背景下高职院校育人成果评价指标体系构建,分析并强化其在高职教育创新中的赋能作用:首先,从高职教育改革背景出发,强调课程设置与行业标准对接、职业资格证书与学历教育融合的迫切性,指出这两者的结合是提升教育质量的核心驱动力;其次,探讨当前高职育人成果评价现状,阐述现有评价体系的不足;最后,基于高职育人成果评价体系改革的迫切需求,探讨“课证融通”模式在其中应用的核心要素、评价方法、指标设计及优化路径,以期辅助高职院校更精准地调整课程设置,提升学生的就业竞争力,推动高职教育与社会需求的深度契合。

Abstract: With the deepening of the reform of higher vocational education, the model of “course-certificate integration” has gradually become an important way to improve the quality of education and train high-skilled talents. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the construction of the evaluation index system of education achievement in higher vocational colleges under the background of “course-certificate integration” , and to analyze and strengthen its enabling role in higher vocational education innovation. First of all, starting from the background of higher vocational education reform, the paper emphasizes the urgency of linking curriculum and industry standards, and the integration of vocational qualification and academic education, pointing out that the combination of the two is the core driving force to improve the quality of education. Secondly, the paper discusses the current status of the evaluation of higher vocational education achievements, and expounds the shortcomings of the existing evaluation system. Finally, based on the urgent need of the reform of the evaluation system of higher vocational education achievement, the core elements, evaluation methods, index design and optimization path of the “course-certificate integration” model are discussed, so as to assist higher vocational colleges to adjust the curriculum more accurately, improve the employment competitiveness of students, and promote the deep fit between higher vocational education and social needs.
