Abstract: The creation of comic script is the basis of comic production, and its classification not only determines the nature and production rules of comic, but also affects the integration of ideological and political elements. It is necessary to take script creation as the concept carrier and cornerstone in the construction of college cartoon public elective course, and the course content should integrate the elements of history, humanities, science and art. Script creation is similar to drama creation, with distinct value orientation and characteristics of The Times, fluidity, continuity and rhythm, and is the traction and direction of curriculum construction.
