智能制造背景下“产学研用”协同联动的运动控制系统创新实践教学探究

Research on “Industry-University-Research-Application” Combination in Motion Control Systems under Intelligent Manufacturing Background

摘要: 智能制造是山东省新旧动能转换“十强产业”重点发展领域,也是制造业数字化、网络化、智能化的主攻方向。在智能制造背景下,青岛大学作为地方高校,在服务地方产业方面已与颐中集团、海尔集团、青岛港等当地先进智能制造企业开展密切合作,取得显著成效,然而,合作形式主要为联合开展科研项目以及学生实习实训。借助产业合作项目、依托教师科研课题,在地方高校有限的办学资源下,实现“产学研用”协同联动的本科课程教学具有重要意义。该文以运动控制系统课程为例,探究“产学研用”联动的创新实践教学模式,助力培养基础理论扎实、技术水平较高、面向当地产业需求的智能制造领域专业人才。

Abstract: Intelligent manufacturing is a key development area for the transformation of new and old driving forces into the “Top Ten Industries”in Shandong Province, and it is also the main direction of digitalization, networking, and intelligence in the manufacturing industry. In the context of intelligent manufacturing, Qingdao University, as a local university, has closely cooperated with local advanced intelligent manufacturing enterprises such as Yizhong Group, Haier Group, and Qingdao Port in serving local industries, achieving significant results. However, the main forms of cooperation are research projects and student internships and practical training. It is of great significance to utilize industrial cooperation projects and rely on teacher research projects in undergraduate course teaching, and to achieve“industry-university-research-application”combination in undergraduate course under the limited educational resources of local universities. This article takes the course of motion control systems as an example to explore the innovative practical teaching mode of“industry academia research application”, which helps to cultivate professional talents in the field of intelligent manufacturing with solid basic theories, excellent technical level, and catering to local industrial needs.
