摘要: 该文基于地方本科院校的应用型、创新型人才培养目标,开展对材料专业本科生电子材料及器件实践课程的教学改革,包括优化教学内容、升级教学平台、改革教学模式、完善教学评价;采用以学生为主体的自主探究式实验教学模式,充分体现学生的主体地位,引导学生自主设计综合实验项目并对其开展反思、讨论、拓展和评价,鼓励学生在创新实验平台开展基于创新性项目的开放实验,给予学生充分的动脑、动手的时间和空间,可激发学生的学习主动性和积极性,提高学生的创新能力和应用实践能力。

Abstract: This article is based on the objective for application-oriented and innovative talent cultivation in local undergraduate colleges, and carries out teaching reform of practical courses on electronic materials and devices for undergraduate students majoring in materials. It optimizes teaching content, upgrades teaching platforms, reforms teaching modes, and improves teaching evaluation. Adopting a student-centered independent inquiry based experimental teaching model, fully reflecting the student's subject status, guiding students to independently design comprehensive experimental projects and conduct reflection, discussion, expansion, and evaluation on them, encouraging students to conduct open experimental based on innovative projects on innovative experimental platforms, providing students with sufficient time and space for brainstorming and hands-on activities, can stimulate students'learning initiative and enthusiasm, and improve their innovation and practical application abilities.
