虚拟仿真教学系统在护理临床综合课程教学中的实践应用

Practical Application of Virtual Simulation Teaching System in Nursing Clinical Comprehensive Course Teaching

摘要: 目的 探索虚拟仿真教学系统在护理临床综合课程教学中的应用效果,为提升课程的教学质量提供参考依据。方法 选取深圳职业技术大学2022级护理二年级4个班的学生,随机确定其中的2个班为对照组,另外2个班为试验组。对照组以多情境案例为载体,以案例分析、模拟运行演练、分组沙盘练习等方式开展课堂教学;试验组以案例分析、角色扮演和虚拟仿真教学系统等方式开展教学。课程结束后比较两组的理论和操作成绩,对试验组学生围绕虚拟仿真教学系统的学习进行问卷调查。结果 试验组学生的理论和操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,试验组学生对新型教学模式的评价较高。结论 虚拟仿真教学系统可以提高课程的教学效果,培养学生的临床思维能力。

Abstract: Objective Explore the application effect of virtual simulation teaching system in nursing clinical comprehensive course teaching, and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of the course. Method Select four classes of nursing students from the second year of 2022 at Shenzhen Vocational and Technical University, and randomly select two classes as the control group and the other two classes as the experimental group. The control group used multi scenario cases as a carrier to conduct classroom teaching through case analysis, simulated operation exercises, and group sand table exercises, while the experimental group used case analysis, role-playing, and the virtual simulation teaching systems for teaching. After the course, compare the theoretical and operational scores of the two groups, and conduct a questionnaire survey on the learning of the experimental group students around the virtual simulation teaching system. Result The theoretical and operational assessment scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. The experimental group students had a higher evaluation of the new teaching mode. Conclusion The virtual simulation teaching system can improve the teaching effectiveness of this course and cultivate students' clinical thinking ability.
