摘要: 随着建筑行业的快速发展,装配式建筑和建筑信息模型(BIM)技术逐渐成为土木工程领域的重要发展方向。该文探讨基于装配式建筑和BIM技术的土木工程专业毕业设计改革实践,分析这两种技术在提高设计效率、优化施工流程、促进可持续发展等方面的优势,并提出具体的改革措施,通过改革实践,有效提升学生的综合能力和毕业设计质量,为土木工程行业的未来发展提供有益的参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, prefabricated buildings and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology have gradually become important development directions in the field of civil engineering. The article explores the reform practice of civil engineering graduation design based on prefabricated building and BIM technology, analyzes the advantages of these two technologies in improving design efficiency, optimizing construction processes, and promoting sustainable development, and proposes specific reform measures. Through reform practice, students'comprehensive abilities and graduation design quality can be effectively improved, providing useful leference for the future development of the civil engineering industry.
