摘要: 职业教育“1+X”证书制度是技能型社会建设的重要支撑,是推进职业教育高质量发展的重要举措。目前,关于职业教育“1+X”证书制度执行的效果存在着不同观点,如何推进职业教育“1+X”证书制度有效落地是学界普遍关注的课题。该文主要从政府部门、职业院校、培训评价组织、行业与企业和学生5个行动者视角,全方位探析职业教育“1+X”证书制度执行过程中面临的现实困境,进而提出优化职业教育“1+X”证书制度执行的具体策略。

Abstract: The “1+X” certificate system for vocational education is an important support for building a skilled society and an important measure to promote the high-quality development of vocational education. Currently, there are different voices on the implementation effect of the “1+X” certificate system for vocational education, and how to effectively implement the system is a topic of widespread concern in the academic community. This paper mainly explores the realistic dilemmas faced by five stakeholders, including government departments, vocational schools, training and evaluation organizations, industry and enterprises, and students, in the implementation of the “1+X” certificate system for vocational education, and then proposes specific strategies for optimizing the implementation of the system.
