基于OBE理念的职业教育本科创新创业型人才培育课程体系建设

摘要: 职业教育(以下简称职教)本科作为近年来兴起的高等教育新模式,在具体教学体系规划、教学理念、教学内容等等方面都处于积极探索阶段,还有许多问题尚待解决。职教本科的人才培养方向对其创新创业教育提出了新的要求,为了提高职教本科创新创业型人才培育课程的质量,充分落实对学生创新创业思维及能力的培养,职教本科可以引入OBE(成果导向教育)理念对课程体系进行改革与创新,具体举措包括确立教学目标、企业参与人才培养、学生参与项目、构建多元教学监控与评价体系,构建校企一体的协同育人模式,助力职教本科发展。

Abstract: As a new mode of higher education emerging in recent years, vocational education undergraduate is in the stage of active exploration in specific teaching system planning, teaching concept, teaching content and so on, and there are still many problems to be solved. The talent training direction of vocational education undergraduates puts forward new requirements for innovation and entrepreneurship education. In order to improve the quality of training courses for innovative and entrepreneurial talents of vocational education undergraduates and fully implement the training of students'innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and ability, vocational education undergraduates can introduce the concept of OBE(Outcome-Based Education) to reform and innovate the curriculum system. Specific measures include establishing teaching objectives, enterprises participating in talent training, students participating in projects, constructing multiple teaching monitoring and evaluation systems, constructing school-enterprise integrated collaborative education model, and helping vocational education undergraduate development.
