摘要/Abstract

摘要： 要实现粤港澳大湾区建设成为世界级的国际科技创新中心的目标,培育高素质创新型人才是关键。创新粤港澳大湾区高校人才培育模式,优化湾区青年创新创业环境对于大湾区发展至关重要。从外部环境来看,大湾区存在创新能力发展不均衡、创业政策冗杂平台多、区域合作缺乏顶层设计等问题;从内部环境来看,大湾区高校存在学生了解及参与度不够高、创业教育模式有待加强等问题。未来,可以从宽松政策环境、深化产业融合、优化顶层设计、创新教育模式等方向着手解决问题。

Abstract: To realize the goal of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area construction to become a world-class international scientific and technological innovation center, cultivating high-quality innovative talents is the key. Innovation of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area university talent cultivation model, optimization of the Bay Area youth innovation and entrepreneurship environment is very important for the development of the Greater Bay Area. From the external environment, the great bay area has the problems of unbalanced development of innovation ability, many miscellaneous platforms of entrepreneurship policy and lack of top-level design of regional cooperation. In the future, we can optimize the top-level from loose policy environment, deepening industrial integration Design, innovative education model and other directions to solve the problem.
