摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校的科技成果产出已经成为我国科技成果生产的最主要的一个来源。但是,就我国当前科学技术转化情况来看,高科技成果的转化效率总体来说依旧偏低。所以,对于当前高校而言,如何对科技成果转化进行有效地提高成为当前大家一致在思考的问题。本文就高校科技成果转化中的主要障碍以及形成这一现象的原因进行分析,并进行研究与讨论。在此基础之上,提出相应的解决措施与对策。

Abstract: The output of scientific and technological achievements in universities has become the most important source of scientific and technological achievements in China. However, according to the current situation of scientific and technological transformation in China, the transformation efficiency of high-tech achievements is still relatively low. Therefore, for the current universities and colleges, how to effectively improve the transformation of scientific and technological achievements has become a common thinking problem. This paper analyzes the main obstacles in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities as well as the reasons for this phenomenon. On this basis, put forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
