摘要: 开展“双碳”人才培养是高校高质量发展的内在要求。在全球气候治理紧迫的背景下,我国“双碳”战略的推进对复合型环境工程人才提出了更高要求。该文基于“双碳”战略背景下人才培养模式改革的意义,分析环境类专业教育教学现状,并从课程体系优化、实践能力培养、师资建设等多个维度,系统阐述“双碳”战略目标下环境类专业创新应用型高素质人才有效培养的路径。

Abstract: Carrying out cultivating“dual carbon”talents is an inherent requirement for the high-quality development of universities. In the context of urgent global climate governance, the promotion of China's“dual carbon”strategy has put forward higher requirements for composite environmental engineering talents. This article is based on the significance of talent cultivation mode reform under the background of the“dual carbon”strategy, analyzes the current situation of environmental professional education and teaching, and systematically elaborates on the effective path of cultivating innovative and application-oriented high-quality talents in environmental majors from multiple dimensions such as curriculum system optimization, practical ability cultivation, and teacher construction under the“dual carbon”strategy goals.
