摘要: 科教融汇、产教融合是目前国家高质量发展的重要战略之一。近年来,学校与企业展开全方位合作,积极探索创新人才培养新模式,破解人才培养内容与社会需求脱节的难题,校企合作、协同育人成为跨学科创新人才培养的有效途径。格拉斯哥学院提出“两位一体”校企协同育人模式,打造科教、产教深度融合的实践育人基地,构建逐级递进的课程引导及训练体系。该文提出通过“技术 + 工程 + 社会”3个维度的融合,推进“课训赛”一体化建设,实现科教、产教深度融合(以下简称“双教融合”),为创新人才培养提供新路径。

Abstract: The integration of science and education and the integration of production and education is one of the important strategies for the high-quality development of the country. In recent years, schools and enterprises have carried out all-round cooperation, actively explored new models of innovative talent training, and solved the problem that talent training content is out of line with social needs. School-enterprise cooperation and collaborative education have become an effective way to cultivate interdisciplinary and innovative talents. Glasgow College proposed the“two-in-one”school-enterprise collaborative education model, creating a practical education base with deep integration of science and education, production and education, and building a step-by-step course guidance and training system. Through the integration of the three dimensions of“technology + engineering + society”, this paper promotes the integration of“class training competition”, realizes the deep integration of science, education, production and education (hereinafter referred to as“dual education integration”), and provides a new path for the training of innovative talents.
