摘要: 新工科人才培养是顺应第四次科技革命、推动国家科技发展的关键环节。在此背景下,该文通过构建教学、科研、学科竞赛协同发展的人才培养模式,形成层次分明、信息互通、协同促进的培养结构,通过定期研讨、联合申报课题、共同指导学生等形式,将教学、科研和学科竞赛相互融合,形成以教促研、以研哺教、以赛寻研、以研促赛、以教助赛、以赛促学的良好生态循环,形成资源共享、协作发展、创新共赢的局面,实现师生共同成长,达到新工科创新人才培养的目标。

Abstract: The cultivation of new engineering talent is a key step in responding to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and advancing national scientific and technological development.In this context, this paper proposes an integrated model that synergizes teaching, research, and academic competitions, forms a training structure with clear hierarchies, information exchange and collaborative promotion. Through regular seminars, joint application of topics, joint guidance of students and other forms, teaching, scientific research and discipline competitions are integrated with each other to form a good ecological cycle, realize the situation of resource sharing, collaborative development, innovation and win-win, realize the common growth of teachers and students, and achieve the goal of cultivating new engineering innovative talents.
