企业新型学徒制实施的关键要素与“政企校”协同路径

摘要: 该文阐述了企业新型学徒制的内涵,分析了影响企业新型学徒制实施的组织保障、关键指标、监督评估等关键要素,借鉴北京住总集团、首钢集团、长安汽车等企业新型学徒制人才培养优秀案例,明确政府相关部门、企业、职业院校三方的角色定位,从政策规划、政府相关部门引导、企校合作、搭建信息化平台、宣传动员等方面提出了推进企业新型学徒制的实施路径。

Abstract: This article elaborates on the essence of the new apprenticeship system in enterprises, analyzes key elements affecting its implementation such as organizational support, key indicators, and supervision and evaluation, draws on excellent cases of talent cultivation under this system to clarify the roles of the relevant government departments, enterprises, and vocational colleges. Furthermore, it proposes pathways for advancing the new apprenticeship system in enterprises from aspects including policy planning, relevant government departments guidance, enterprise-college cooperation, building information platforms, and public mobilization.
