摘要: 教师队伍建设是保障高等教育事业发展的关键。在数字时代,先进信息技术为高职院校教师队伍高质量发展提供了新机遇和新路径。该文分析了数字化赋能高职院校教师队伍建设的现实意义,探讨了其存在的问题,并提出了运用数字技术提升教师教学能力、创新能力、学习能力的有效途径,以期为新时代背景下高职院校教师队伍高质量建设提供参考。

Abstract: The construction of the teaching staff is the key to ensuring the development of higher education. In the digital age, advanced information technology provides new opportunities and new paths for the high-quality development of university teaching staff. This article analyzes the practical significance of digital empowerment in the vocational colleges teacher teams, explores the problems, and proposes effective ways to use digital technology to enhance teachers'teaching, innovation, and learning abilities, in order to provide reference for the vocational colleges teacher teams in the context of the new era.
