摘要: 本科层次职业教育承载着培育兼具理论素养与卓越实践能力的复合型人才之重任。“双创”教育作为职业教育转型的核心动力,精准对接社会对创新创业型人才的迫切需求。该文深入剖析了“双创”教育在职业本科教育中的战略地位,针对实践环节薄弱、与市场脱节等问题,提出了强化顶层规划、创新评价体系、深化实践教学、深化产教融合和强化师资建设等一系列策略,旨在构建深度融合的“双创”育人模式,为高职院校转型升级提供坚实的理论支撑与实践导向。

Abstract: :Nowadays, vocational education at undergraduate level shoulders the important task of cultivating compound talents. As a core driver, “dual creation” education accurately meets the social demand for innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Aiming at the problems of weak practice session and market disconnection, this study proposes a series of strategies, such as strengthening top-level planning, innovating evaluation system, deepening practice teaching, deepening industry-teaching integration, and strengthening faculty construction, with the aim of constructing a “dual creation” nurturing paradigm of in-depth integration and providing support for the transformation of higher vocational colleges and universities.
