Innovation and Practice of the Integration of Research, Production, and Education in the Electronic Information Major under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 在新工科建设背景下,电子信息专业研究生产教融合培养机制的创新与实践成为推动高层次应用型人才培养的关键。该文结合贵州省电子信息产业发展现状,分析当前培养模式在实践教学、校企协同等方面的不足,提出以产业需求为导向的实践教学体系改革路径;通过构建“基础实验—项目实训—科研创新—产业应用”的递进式课程体系,引入企业真实案例与技术标准,强化校企协同的“双导师制”与项目驱动培养模式,提升研究生的工程实践能力与产业适应性;以集成电路、人工智能等方向为例,探讨校企共建实验室、学分置换等具体举措,为区域战略性新兴产业高质量发展提供人才支撑。

Abstract: In the context of the construction of new engineering disciplines, the innovation and practice of the integrated training mechanism of production and education in the field of electronic information have become the key to promoting the cultivation of high-level applied talents. This article combines the current development status of the electronic information industry in Guizhou Province, analyzes the shortcomings of the current training mode in practical teaching, school enterprise collaboration, and proposes a reform path for the practical teaching system guided by industry demand. By constructing a progressive curriculum system of “basic experiments project training scientific research innovation industrial application”, introducing real enterprise cases and technical standards, strengthening the “dual mentor system” and project driven training mode of school enterprise collaboration, and enhancing the engineering practice ability and industrial adaptability of graduate students; Taking integrated circuits, artificial intelligence, and other fields as examples, specific measures such as school enterprise joint laboratory construction and credit exchange were explored to provide talent support for the high-quality development of regional strategic emerging industries.
