摘要: 该文以广西职业技术学院为例,探讨了高职院校创新创业实训基地建设的重要意义、现状及创新路径。该文首先分析了校企合作背景下创新创业实训基地建设的教育价值与实践意义,随后详细阐述了广西职业技术学院在校内外实训基地建设中的具体举措与成效,最后提出了加强多方合作、采用现代化教育理念、打造“双师型”教师团队、构建多元化校企合作实训平台等创新策略,以期为高职院校创新创业实训基地的建设提供参考。

Abstract: Taking Guangxi Vocational & Technical College as an example, this paper discusses the significant importance, current status, and innovative pathways for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship training bases in higher vocational colleges. The article first analyzes the educational value and practical significance of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship training bases against the backdrop of school-enterprise cooperation. Subsequently, it elaborates in detail on the specific measures and achievements of Guangxi Vocational & Technical College in the construction of both on-campus and off-campus training bases. Finally, it proposes innovative strategies such as strengthening multi-party cooperation, adopting modern educational concepts, building a “dual-qualified” teacher team, and constructing a diversified school-enterprise cooperation training platform, aiming to provide reference for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship training bases in higher vocational colleges.
