摘要: 现代职业教育体系改革对人才培养提出全新要求,聚焦培育具有创新精神、实践能力与良好职业道德的高素质技术技能人才,以精准适配产业升级和经济与社会发展需求。产教融合作为改革的核心特征和重要方向,为水利高职院校人才培养指明了新路径。该文以湖南水利水电职业技术学院为例,在深入调研行业发展现状与需求、学生就业质量的基础上,分析了当前水利人才培养存在的不足,提出了契合行业转型发展、服务区域经济特色的人才培养路径。

Abstract: The reform of the modern vocational education system has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation, focusing on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents with innovative spirit, practical ability, and good professional ethics, in order to accurately adapt to the needs of industrial upgrading and economic and social development. The integration of industry and education, as the core feature and important direction of reform, has pointed out a new path for talent cultivation in water conservancy vocational colleges. This article takes Hunan polytechnic of Water Resources and Electric Power as an example, based on in-depth research on the current development status and demand of the industry, as well as the quality of student employment, it analyzes the shortcomings of current water resources talent cultivation and proposes a talent cultivation path that is in line with the transformation and development of the industry and serves the regional economic characteristics.
