Research on the Training Mode of Bio-Manufacturing Talents with Professional Ability as the Core

摘要: 该文聚焦生物制造产业,剖析其典型岗位分类以及各岗位核心职业能力要素,探讨不同岗位职业能力要求的层次差异与关联性;基于此,构建以职业能力为核心的生物制造人才培养模式,涵盖人才培养目标定位、课程体系设计、教学方法创新、实践教学体系构建以及评价与反馈机制建立等方面;通过系统规划课程体系、创新教学方法、强化实践教学、完善评价反馈与加强师资建设,培养适应生物制造产业需求的高素质人才,为产业发展提供有力的人才支撑。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the bio-manufacturing industry, and analyzes the classification of typical jobs and the core professional competence elements of each job.To explore the level differences and relevance of professional competence requirements in different positions.Based on this, this paper constructs a bio-manufacturing talent training mode with professional ability as the core, covering the orientation of talent training objectives, the design of curriculum system, the innovation of teaching methods and means, the construction of practical teaching system and the establishment of evaluation and feedback mechanism.Through systematic planning of curriculum system, innovation of teaching methods, strengthening practical teaching, improving evaluation feedback and strengthening the construction of teachers, it aims to cultivate high-quality talents to meet the needs of bio-manufacturing industry and provide strong talent support for industrial development.
