摘要: 南华大学核科学技术学院是教育部首批“三全育人”试点院系,是我国核科学技术人才培养的重要基地。为推进“三全育人”工作落实落地,学院鼓励教师发挥聪明才智,多方面、全方位开展科研育人工作。该文以“核反应堆控制本科生兴趣小组的实践探索”为例,重点阐述小组的科研育人理念、育人方法、特色亮点及经验启示等,并提出进一步发展的思路,为科研育人发展提供参考。

Abstract: The School of Nuclear Science and Technology at Nanhua University is one of the first pilot departments of the Ministry of Education's“three comprehensive education”program and an important base for cultivating nuclear science and technology talents in China. In order to promote the implementation of the“three comprehensive education”work, the college encourages teachers to use their intelligence and talents to carry out scientific research and education work in various aspects and directions. This article takes the practical exploration of the undergraduate interest group on nuclear reactor control as an example, focusing on the group's research and education philosophy, methods, characteristics, highlights, and experiential inspirations, and proposes further development ideas to provide reference for the development of research and education.
