摘要: 该文针对民办高校产业学院建设中存在的培养定位不明确、专业建设与产业发展耦合度不高、“双师型”教师队伍缺乏、课程体系与产业需求缺乏对接等问题,构建了“真知、真练、真用、真创”的协同育人模式,提出“六共同六融合”的产学合作机制,全面深化校企合作,实现教育与产业同频共振。

Abstract: To address the problems in the construction of industrial colleges in private universities, such as unclear positioning of training, low coupling between professional construction and industrial development, lack of double qualified teachers, and lack of alignment between curriculum system and industrial demand, a collaborative education model of “true knowledge, true practice, true application, and true innovation”is constructed.“Six commonalities and six integrations”industry university cooperation mechanism is proposed to comprehensively deepen school enterprise cooperation and achieve resonance between education and industry.
