摘要: 在新工科理念的引领下,地方高校建筑学专业面临着提升教育质量、培养符合国家战略与地方发展需求的应用型创新人才的紧迫任务。该文基于建筑学专业的具体实践,探讨在新时代,如何通过优化培养方案、整合工程实践平台与资源、优化“双师型”教师结构、完善学科竞赛体系等策略,构建以学生为中心、注重创新意识与工匠精神培养的应用型专门人才培养体系,通过深入分析与实践,旨在为同类高校提供可借鉴的经验与启示。

Abstract: Under the guidance of the new engineering concept, the architecture major in local universities is facing the urgent task of improving the quality of education and cultivating application-oriented innovative talents that meet national strategies and local development needs. Based on the specific practice of architecture major, this article explores how to construct an application-oriented specialized talent training system centered on students, emphasizing the cultivation of innovative consciousness and craftsmanship spirit in the context of the new era by optimizing training programs, integrating engineering practice platforms and resources, optimizing the structure of dual qualified teachers, and improving the subject competition system. Through in-depth analysis and practice, the aim is to provide reference experience and inspiration for similar universities.
