PBL+CBL在内科学教学中的应用

Application of PBL + CBL in Internal Medicine Teaching

摘要: 目的 分析PBL(Problem Based Learning)+ CBL(Case Based Learning)在内科学教学中的应用价值,旨在为相关人员的研究工作提供参考资料。方法 该文选取了东南大学医学院内科实习的2020级医学临床专业本科生共计200名作为研究对象。结果 实习后,与对照组相比,PBL+CBL组学习成绩中的临床分析能力、专业知识、临床技能以及总分更高(P<0.05)。实习后,与对照组相比,PBL+CBL组问卷调查满意度中的学习兴趣、专业知识掌握度、技能熟练度、临床分析能力教学满意度以及教学总体满意度得分更高(P<0.05)。结论 在开展内科学教学的过程中,应用PBL+CBL完成教学能取得满意成效,这一方案值得进一步推广以及应用。

Abstract: Objective Analyze the application value of PBL+CBL in internal medicine teaching, aiming to provide reference materials for related personnel's research work. Method This study selected a total of 200 undergraduate medical clinical students from the 2020 cohort who interned in the internal medicine department of School of Medicine, Southeast University as the research subjects. Result After the internship, compared with the control group, the PBL+CBL group had higher clinical analysis ability, professional knowledge, clinical skills, and overall scores in their academic performance (P<0.05). After the internship, compared with the control group, the PBL+CBL group scored higher in terms of learning interest, mastery of professional knowledge, skill proficiency, clinical analysis ability, teaching satisfaction, and overall teaching satisfaction in the questionnaire survey satisfaction (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL+CBL in the teaching process of internal medicine can achieve satisfactory results. This plan is worth further promotion and application.
