Construction and Practice of Talent Training Model for the Integration of Production and Education in the Master's Research of Pharmacy

摘要: 我国医药产业正逐步壮大并形成全产业链,迫切需要符合行业需求的高水平应用型人才。药学专业学位研究生教育是主动服务创新型国家建设的重要路径。针对专业学位硕士研究生目标定位不明确、培养模式趋同、行业实践训练不足等问题,徐州医科大学药学院构建“双向融合、四化驱动”人才培养模式,探索“培养方案与产业需求、课程体系与岗位能力、培养过程与生产过程”“双向融合”路径,积极践行“课程模块化、问题情境化、师资多能化、考评多元化”的“四化驱动”模式,为培养适应医药产业发展需求的高素质应用型药学人才提供了可借鉴的有效途径。

Abstract: China's pharmaceutical industry is gradually growing and forming a full industry chain, urgently requiring high-level applied talents that meet the industry's needs. Graduate education in pharmacy is an important path to actively serve the construction of an innovative country. In response to the problems of unclear goal positioning, convergence of training models, and insufficient industry practical training for professional master's degree students, the School of Pharmacy of Xuzhou Medical University has constructed a“two-way integration, four modernizations driven”talent training model, striving to explore the “two-way integration”path of“training plans and industry needs, curriculum system and job capabilities, training process and production process”, and actively practicing the“four modernizations driven”model of“curriculum modularization, problem contextualization, multi talented teachers, and diversified evaluation”. This provides an effective way for cultivating high-quality applied pharmaceutical talents that can adapt to the development needs of the pharmaceutical industry.
