现代学徒制培养模式下高职分析检验技术专业人才培养的实践与探索

摘要: 在高职专业教育中融合现代学徒制人才培养理念,通过校企深度合作、工学结合、双导师制等方式开展职业教育,深化产教融合,提高教育的实效性和学生的就业竞争力,满足学生的岗位工作需求和未来发展需求,同时,使学生成长为具有理论知识基础和工匠精神的高素质技能型人才。该文阐述了现代学徒制人才培养模式的内涵以及在现代学徒制培养模式下培养高职分析检验技术专业人才的意义,提出课岗一体化教学、建立校企双导师制度、采取任务驱动教学和学练赛融合教学等策略,实现专业人才培养目标。

Abstract: Integrate the concept of modern apprenticeship in higher vocational education, carry out vocational education through in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, combination of work and study, dual tutorial system, etc., deepen the integration of production and education, improve the effectiveness of education and students'employment competitiveness, and meet students'job needs and future development needs. Enable students to grow into high-quality skilled talents with theoretical knowledge base and artisan spirit. This paper expounds the connotation of modern apprenticeship training mode and the significance of training professional personnel of analysis and inspection technology in higher vocational colleges under the modern apprenticeship training mode. It puts forward the integration of teaching in class and post, the establishment of school-enterprise dual tutor system, the adoption of task-driven teaching and the integration of learning and practice teaching to achieve the goal of professional talent training.
