Abstract: With the rapid development of the Internet in the 21st century, as an important place for knowledge dissemination and innovation, the reform of university teaching and management mode is of great importance. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current teaching management mode of colleges and universities in China, and discusses the existing problems in meeting the teaching needs of the new era, summarizes the innovative countermeasures of college and university education management, improves the quality and effectiveness of college and university education, and plays a certain role of reference, make the growth of college students achieve“quality”change.
