摘要: 面对基层医疗卫生人才结构性短缺问题,卫生类高职院校致力培养面向基层、适应经济社会发展需求的卫生健康类高素质技术技能型人才,以期实现毕业生高质量充分就业。为了紧跟医药卫生行业发展新趋势,促进学生高质量就业,该文从高质量充分就业视角探索课程改革,从教学目标、教学内容、教学策略和教学评价4个方面重新进行课程教学设计,以期取得更好的教学效果,提升毕业生的职业素养及就业能力。

Abstract: Faced with the structural shortage of grassroots medical and health talents, health vocational colleges are committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the field of health that are oriented towards grassroots and meet the needs of economic and social development, in order to achieve high-quality and full employment for graduates. In order to keep up with the new trends in the development of the medical and health industry and promote high-quality employment for students, this article explores curriculum reform from the perspective of high-quality and full employment. It redesigns curriculum teaching from four aspects: teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching strategies, and teaching evaluation, in order to achieve better teaching results and enhance the professional competence and employability of graduates.
