摘要: 如何加快从知识讲授向能力培养转化,是新工科教学研究面临的重要课题。该文以柔性制造单元为平台,通过综合工程训练项目设计,将课程的诸多核心知识点有机融合,开展项目式教学,实现知识、能力、实践、创新一体化综合培养;在实践中总结了综合工程训练载体的设计原则和项目实施中的一些注意事项,为柔性制造融入实践教学、探索工程训练新模式、促进学生提高实践能力、增强学生创新意识的实践教学改革提供了有力支撑。

Abstract: How to speed up the transformation from knowledge teaching to ability cultivation is an important issue facing new engineering teaching research. This article uses the flexible manufacturing cell as a platform and through the design of a comprehensive engineering training project, organically integrates many core knowledge points of the course, carries out project-based teaching, and achieves integrated training of knowledge, ability, practice, and innovation. The design principles of comprehensive engineering training and some precautions in project implementation are summarized in practice, which provides strong support for the practical teaching reform of integrating flexible manufacturing into practical teaching, exploring new models of engineering training, promoting students to improve their practical abilities, and enhancing their awareness of innovation.
