摘要: 以结果为基础的教育(Outcoming-Based Education)早在20世纪90年代提出,现被广泛应用在大学生的人才培养方案里。本文结合科技创新活动存在的一些问题,针对实践课程的规划、科技竞赛的参与以及与科研工作的结合,尤其是专业教师的参与等方面提出了一些建议和思考,使得科技创新活动更加有序开展,以促进学生的创新能力培养。

Abstract: The concept of Outcoming-Based Education (OBE) was firstly proposed in the 1990s, and has an extension application in the training program for undergraduates. This paper proposes some suggestions and considerations according to the issues existed in the scientific and technological innovation, including the planning of practical courses, participation in science and technology competitions, the participation in scientific research projects and the engagement of professional teachers. It can make the science and technology innovation become better and better in an order way and promote the training of the innovation ability of students.
