大数据时代生物信息学教育与课程体系优化研究

摘要: 生物医学研究进入了大数据时代,推动了生物信息学的快速发展。然而,现有生物信息学课程体系在内容更新、教学模式、系统性和实用性等方面存在着诸多问题,难以满足新时代对复合型人才的需求。为应对这些挑战,该文提出以调研为先导设计核心课程,以市场需求为导向进行课程结构改革,并通过课题立项化的教学环节构建,全面提升学生的专业素养和实践能力;通过深化大数据技术与生物信息学的融合,优化课程体系,将有助于培养适应生物医学大数据时代需求的高素质人才。

Abstract: Biomedical research has entered the big data era, driving rapid development in bioinformatics. However, the current bioinformatics curriculum faces significant challenges in content updates, teaching models, system integration, and practical applicability,making it difficult to meet the demand for interdisciplinary talent in this new era. To address these challenges, this paper proposes designing core courses based on comprehensive surveys, reforming the curriculum structure to align with market demands, and constructing a project-based teaching framework. These initiatives aim to enhance students'professional skills and practical abilities comprehensively. By deepening the integration of big data technology with bioinformatics and optimizing the curriculum system, we can better prepare high-quality talent to meet the demands of the biomedical big data era.
