摘要: 该文通过分析高校土木工程专业实验课程体系对技能型人才培养的现状,了解学校、企业、学生对实验教学的需求;阐述传统实验教学定位、实验教学过程、实验教学内容存在的问题;通过土木工程专业实验教学改革,对土木工程专业技能型人才培养采取以下措施:一是应用“1+X”证书制度,实现理论教学和实践教学的统一;二是构建线上线下虚实结合的实验场景,提升学生的创新实践能力;三是合理利用校企双方优势资源开展产教融合,将一线技术引入课堂。

Abstract: By analyzing the current situation of cultivating skilled talents in the experimental curriculum system of civil engineering majors in universities, we can understand the needs of schools, enterprises, and students for experimental teaching. Elaborate on the positioning of traditional experimental teaching, the process of experimental teaching, and the problems existing in the content of experimental teaching in talent cultivation. This article takes the following measures to promote the reform of experimental teaching in civil engineering and further promote the cultivation of skilled talents in civil engineering in China: Firstly, the application of the “1+X” certificate system has achieved the unity of theoretical teaching and practical teaching; The second is to build an experimental scenario that combines virtual and real elements online and offline to enhance students'innovative and practical abilities; The third is to make reasonable use of the advantageous resources of both schools and enterprises to carry out the integration of industry and education, and introduce frontline technology into the classroom.
