摘要: 高职教育肩负着培养高素质技术技能人才的重任,是国家职业教育体系的重要组成部分。随着社会经济的快速发展和产业结构的不断升级,人们对高职人才的需求日益增加,这对高职院校师资队伍的能力提出了更高的要求。鉴于此,该文立足高职教育发展需要,遵循教师专业成长规律,以提升教师教学能力、实践能力、创新能力为主线,探索构建高职院校师资队伍能力提升培养体系的思路,以期为高职院校师资队伍建设提供理论指导和实践路径。

Abstract: Vocational education shoulders the responsibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents, and is an important component of the national vocational education system. With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, the demand for vocational talents is increasing day by day, which puts higher requirements on the ability of the teaching staff in vocational colleges. In view of this, this article will be based on the development needs of higher vocational education, follow the laws of teacher professional growth, and focus on improving teacher teaching ability, practical ability, and innovation ability. It will explore the idea of constructing a training system for enhancing the ability of higher vocational college teaching staff, in order to provide theoretical guidance and practical paths for the construction of higher vocational college teaching staff.
