摘要: 近些年来我国对于职业教育的发展非常重视,但是由于职业教育对于人才培养的教学模式以及整体的教育机制已经不能满足飞速发展的市场经济和产品升级的速度,因此现今的职业教育发展开始进入瓶颈期。本文基于商学专业中校企合作的基础,探讨可操作性强的人才培训模式,从高职教育专业化发展的角度出发,分析专业人才所需要的岗位要求以及对于人才素质培养的要求,形成“三融合+两中心”的商学结合人才培养模式。

Abstract: In recent years, China has attached great importance to the development of vocational education. However, as the teaching mode and overall educational mechanism of vocational education for talent training have been unable to meet the rapid development of the market economy and product upgrading speed, the development of vocational education has entered a bottleneck period. Based on school-enterprise cooperation in business major, this paper discusses the operable talent training mode, and from the perspective of professional development of higher vocational education, analyzes the post requirements required by professional talents and the requirements for talent quality training, so as to form the "three integration + two centers" business talent training mode.
