摘要: 技能大师工作室与教师教学创新团队有效融合,利用团队研修模式推动教学改革创新,能够提高人才培养质量。该文介绍了技能大师工作室与教师教学创新团队融合建设的方法与思路:通过整合资源和人才,建立技能大师工作室,为教师提供专业培训和指导,促进技能大师工作室和教师教学创新团队的深度合作,共同开展教学创新项目研究。

Abstract: The effective integration of the skill master studio and the teachers teaching innovation team, utilizing the team training model to promote teaching reform and innovation, can improve the quality of talent cultivation. This paper introduces the method and research of the integration construction of skill master workshop and the teachers teaching innovation team: through the integration of resources and talent, the establishment of skills master studio, to provide professional training and guidance for teachers, promote the in-depth cooperation between the skills master workshop and teachers teaching innovation team, and jointly carry out the teaching innovation projects research.
