“思专创”融合的保险应用型创新人才培养模式改革与实践——以西安财经大学为例

Reform and Practice of the Insurance Applied Innovative Talent Cultivation “Ideopolitics-Specialization-Innovation”— Case Study of Xi'an University of Finance and Economics

摘要: 该文基于保险人才培养中面向学科办专业、缺乏系统性的实践育人体系等问题,以西安财经大学为例,提出了“思专创”融合的保险应用型创新人才培养模式,构建“3-3-4”应用型创新保险人才培养体系、形成“思政教育+专业教学+智慧课堂”的保险课程育人模式、打造“基础—综合—创新”三层递进的保险实践教学链,取得了显著的改革成效。研究结果丰富了“思专创”融合的人才培养模式研究,为培养金融保险类应用型创新人才提供了理论支撑和实践经验。

Abstract: Addressing challenges such as the lack of a systematic practical education approach in insurance talent development within academic disciplines, this article, using Xi'an University of Finance and Economics as a case study, introduces an integrated model for cultivating innovative insurance professionals known as“ideopolitics-specialization-innovation”. This model establishes a“3-3-4”framework for cultivating innovative insurance talents, creates an educational approach combining “ideological education, specialized training, and smart classroom technologies”, and builds a three-tiered progressive insurance practice teaching chain focusing on“foundation, integration, and innovation”,yielding significant reform outcomes. The findings enrich research of the talent cultivation model of“ideopolitics-specialization-innovation”, and provide theoretical support and practical approaches for nurturing innovative talents in the financial and insurance fields.
