Abstract: Curriculum system is the basis of modern apprenticeship teaching and the key factor to ensure the quality of apprenticeship training. This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of curriculum system reconstruction under the modern apprenticeship training model, and takes the drug quality and safety major of Jiangsu Agricultural and Animal Husbandry Technology Vocational College as an example. This paper expounds the implementation process and guarantee of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system from the aspects of the construction of the talent training model of“one body, two wings, three sections and three posts”, the reconstruction of the modern apprenticeship curriculum system based on the post working process and the construction of the teaching staff of“double tutor”, and summarizes the achievements of the talent training model of modern apprenticeship.
