新工科背景下工程训练课程教学改革研究

Research on the Reform of Engineering Training Course under the Background of New Engineering

摘要: 该文针对高校工程训练教学中存在的教育理念有待更新、资源配置相对匮乏、教学内容与形式单一等问题,对照新工科建设提出的要求,探索了新工科建设背景下工程训练教学的改革方向。研究发现:更新指导思想、完善运行机制是基本,优化资源配置是保证,构建育人新模式是手段。工程训练的教学改革可以提升应用创新型人才培养效果,更好地适应新工科背景下的人才培养需求,为提升高校工程训练教学质量提供参考。

Abstract: According to the specific requirements of new engineering construction, this paper explores the reform direction of engineering training under the background of new engineering construction for the problems existing in college engineering training and teaching, such as the need to update the educational concept, the lack of resource allocation, and the single of teaching content and form. The article points out that updating the guiding ideology and perfecting the operating mechanism are the basic, optimizing the allocation of resources is the guarantee, and constructing a new model of educating people is the means. The teaching mode reform of engineering training can improve the training effect of applied and innovative talents, better adapt to the talent training needs under the background of new engineering, and provide reference for improving the teaching quality of engineering training in colleges and universities.
