摘要: 虚拟教研室是数字教育背景下基层教学组织涌现的新形态,是教育部落实高等教育数字化战略的重要举措,也是全面推进高等教育数字化体系建设的重要内容。该文以教育部制定的虚拟教研室建设目标为中心任务、以立德树人为根本任务、以提高人才培养能力为核心、以现代信息技术为依托,探索建设新型基层教学组织,打造教师教学发展共同体和质量文化,引导教师回归教学、热爱教学、研究教学,提升教育教学能力,为高等教育高质量发展提供有力支撑,从团队建设、平台建设、机制建设和内容建设等方面探讨商务英语专业虚拟教研室建设的基本路径。

Abstract: Virtual Teaching and Research Section(VTRS) is a new form of basic teaching organization under the background of digital education, an important measure of the Ministry of Education to implement the digital strategy of higher education, and an important content of promoting the construction of digital system of higher education in an all-round way. This study takes the construction goal of the virtual teaching and research section formulated by the Ministry of Education as the central task, with moral cultivation as the fundamental task, improving talent training ability as the core, and relying on modern information technology, explore the construction of a new type of basic teaching organization, build a teachers’teaching development community and quality culture, guide teachers to return to teaching, love teaching, research teaching, and improve education and teaching ability. To provide strong support for the high-quality development of higher education. This paper aims to discusses the basic paths of the constructing virtual teaching and research section for business English from the aspects of team construction, platform construction, mechanism construction and content construction.
