“岗课赛证”融通下高职劳动法课程“诊所式”教学模式创新改革与实践研究

摘要: 当前高职教育“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式难以落地,原因在于深度融通重宏观政策顶层设计,轻课程层面具体落地。该文以劳动法课程为例,引入人力资源法务师实岗实境、真案真办,让学生在实境课堂中实操真实岗位技能,为提升职业院校的办学质量和人才培养质量提供实践经验。

Abstract: There is a gap between the theory and practice of the integration of talent cultivation mode in the current vocational education“on-the-job course certification competition”. The reason for this is that the“on-the-job course certification competition”deeply integrates macro policy top-level design, while neglecting the specific implementation of curriculum level. This article takes the labor law course as an example, and will introduce the practical experience of human resources legal professionals and real cases to reconstruct the course content, promote teaching implementation, optimize the clinic style teaching mode, improve teaching evaluation methods, truly implement the comprehensive education of“job course competition certificate”, and provide practical experience for improving the quality of vocational colleges and talent cultivation.
