摘要: 当前高职教育“岗课赛证”融通人才培养模式难以落地,原因在于深度融通重宏观政策顶层设计,轻课程层面具体落地。该文以劳动法课程为例,引入人力资源法务师实岗实境、真案真办,让学生在实境课堂中实操真实岗位技能,为提升职业院校的办学质量和人才培养质量提供实践经验。
