Abstract: Ethics and the rule of law is a subject that focuses on life, mainly aimed at cultivating students'moral and legal concepts. Under the current concept of quality education, it plays a very important role in strengthening students’moral cultivation, helping them develop good behavior habits, strengthening their collective team spirit, improving their cooperation ability, and helping them establish correct social and learning concepts. The middle school stage is a crucial period for gradually shaping students’values and personality. Therefore, when guiding students to master subject content, teachers should pay attention to improving the level of moral and legal education. However, from the current teaching achievements, there are still some problems in moral and legal education, and the concept of cultivating virtue and nurturing people has not been truly implemented in classroom teaching. Therefore, schools and teachers should reform the teaching methods in moral and rule of law classrooms, improve the efficiency of moral and rule of law classroom teaching, and further promote the comprehensive development of junior high school students.
