摘要: 随着《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》的实施,推进健康中国建设已成为全面提升中华民族健康素质、实现人民健康与经济社会协调发展的国家战略。高校作为培养人才的重要场所,体育教学在健康中国建设背景下的作用更加重要。该文旨在探讨健康中国建设背景下的高校体育教学,首先介绍了健康中国建设对高校体育教学的影响,接着分析了当前高校体育教学存在的问题,最后提出了一些高校体育教学改革的建议,以促进高校体育教学高质量发展,为健康中国建设提供助力。

Abstract: With the implementation of the “healthy China strategy” plan outline, promoting the construction of healthy China has become a national strategy to comprehensively improve the health quality of the Chinese nation and realize the coordinated development of people's health and economy and society. As an important place to train talent, the role of physical education in the context of healthy China vision is increasingly prominent and more important. This paper aims to explore the physical education in colleges and universities in the context of healthy China construction. Firstly, it introduces the influence of healthy China construction on physical education in colleges and universities, then analyzes the existing problems in the current physical education in colleges and universities. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on the reform of physical education in colleges and universities to promote the high-quality development of physical education in colleges and universities in the context of healthy China construction. To provide impetus to the construction of a healthy China.
