摘要: 为实现地方性高校专业学位研究生教育内涵式发展,从专业学位研究生的实际出发,基于“开放培养、链式教育”理念,构建突出实践创新能力培养的品德养成(德)、课程学习(学)、专业实践(践)、团队指导(导)、研究创新(创)“五位一体”全链条专业学位研究生育人体系和“校内实训—企业实践—科研平台”阶梯式实践创新体系,实施了“导师—课题组—团队—学科”递进式专业学位研究生指导体系,创建了面向企业、行业、高校、地方的协同育人机制,在提高控制工程领域专业学位实践创新能力方面取得一定的成效。

Abstract: To achieve the connotative development of professional degree postgraduate education of local universities, the concept of“open cultivation and chain education”based the integration of moral cultivation, course learning, professional practice, team guidance, and research innovation into one training system and“on-campus practice, enterprise practice and scientific research platform”based ladder practice innovation system are constructed. Meanwhile, the“supervisor-group-team-discipline” supervision system of professional degree students and“enterprise-industry-school-government”collaborative education mechanism are implemented. As a result, the practice innovation ability of professional degree students in the field of control engineering is enhanced to some extent.
