Abstract: Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities is an urgent need for the country to implement the innovation driven development strategy and an important measure to promote comprehensive reform of higher education. In the context of prioritizing education development, technological self-reliance and self-improvement, and talent driven development, it is urgent for universities to strengthen the concept of“four innovation connections, science, industry and education integration, and integration of specialized ideas and creativity”, expand from three dimensions of connotation, scope, and content, and comprehensively promote the transformation and upgrading of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
