摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新媒体环境下的高校教育工作开展,需要和市场对人才的需求相结合,以市场为导向,才能培养出适应于市场发展的人才。高校就业创业指导工作的开展比较关键,创新就业创业指导工作的方式,和新媒体技术相结合就显得比较重要。该文就新媒体对高校就业创业指导工作的影响以及创新的措施详细探究。

Abstract: University education in the new media environment needs to be combined with the market's demand for talents and market-oriented in order to cultivate talents suitable for market development. The development of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in colleges and universities is more critical. It is important to innovate the way of employment and entrepreneurship guidance combined with new media technologies. This article explores in detail the impact of new media on employment and entrepreneurship guidance in colleges and universities and innovative measures.
