摘要: 目前,地方高校自动化专业培养的学生在实践能力、创新能力等方面难以满足企业对人才的需求。该文针对地方高校学生创新能力培养方面存在的不足,结合学校实际,采取了科学定位人才培养目标、加强师资队伍建设、开展教学研究与改革、重构实践教学体系、促进科研教学的互动等提升学生专业素养的具体措施,提升了学生的创新能力,并取得了良好的实施效果。

Abstract: At present, the students trained in automation majors in local universities are unable to meet the needs of enterprises in terms of practical and innovative abilities. In response to the shortcomings in cultivating students'innovative abilities in local universities, combined with the actual situation of our university, specific measures have been taken to enhance students'professional literacy, such as scientifically positioning talent cultivation goals, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, conducting teaching research and reform, restructuring the practical teaching system, and promoting interaction between scientific research and teaching. The reform has achieved good implementation results.
